Looking for some laptop with the most powerful AMD laptop CPU with 16 cores 7940HX/7945HX.

I don’t particularly care about the GPU inside it.

It should be functional, and ideally <1000€, as that's where I could buy one myself.

Ideally more than 32GB RAM, but I can buy the RAM myself.
